Welcome to the Enablement Academy!
You can use this site to find information about enrolling your student in one of our schools – no matter if he or she is new to our District or has previously attended a PUSD school.
ParentSquare USD serves students who live within the District's attendance zone. Your child’s permanent, primary residence must be in ParentSquare USD to attend PUSD schools. Residence requires living in the district and having the present intention to remain there. ParentSquare USD does not accept out-of-district transfers or fees to enroll out-of-district students.
Proof of Residency
ParentSquare USD requires families to provide proof of residency each year in order to complete the enrollment and registration process. That’s because schools are assigned based on where a student lives.
Education Law for Enrollment
A person who knowingly falsifies information on a form required for enrollment of a student in a school district is liable to the district if the student is not eligible for enrollment in the district but is enrolled on the basis of the false information. The person is liable, for the period during which the ineligible student is enrolled, for the greater of:
1) The maximum tuition fee the district may charge under Section 25.038; or
2) The amount the district has budgeted for each student as maintenance and operating expenses.

*ParentSquare does not accept students on a tuition basis.
The parent/legal guardian of a student should start the enrollment process at the Student Services Building located at 1234 Main Street, Enablement City.
Enrollment
As a public school system, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. For specific enrollment information, please contact your child's school. If you need to find out which school your child will attend, please use the School Finder to look up the attendance boundaries for your address.

ParentSquare USD requires a parent or guardian to be in person to complete the registration process.

Items required to enroll a student:
- Student’s Birth Certificate (Filed with Bureau of Vital Statistics, not a hospital copy)
- Proof of Residency in Enablement City or ParentSquare USD. This could be a buyer's signed closing disclosure, warranty deed, or current signed rental agreement with all occupants listed on the lease.
- One current utility bill (electric, water, gas). Bill must contain the resident's name and address.
- Student’s Social Security card.
- Photo identification of parent/legal guardian (driver’s license/passport).
- A custodial parent will need to provide a copy of the divorce decree.
- Legal guardian must provide court documentation.
- Immunization Records (state law will not allow any student to start without this)
- You will be rescheduled if your child does not have current immunizations.
- Withdrawal papers or transfer certificates from previously attended school (if applicable).
- Most recent report card from the previous school (if applicable).
- Secondary students must provide a current transcript (unofficial)
- If the previous school was within the United States, the campus will request an Official Transcript from the previous school at a later date.
- If the previous school was outside the United States, please bring a signed OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT in a sealed envelope from the previous school.
- Secondary students must provide a current transcript (unofficial)
- A current email address for online enrollment and communication purposes.
