College and Career Readiness Goals

  • Early College Exposure: Increase access to college prep courses, campus visits, and informational sessions to familiarize students with higher education options.
  • Career Exploration Programs: Offer internships, job shadowing, and career fairs to help students explore diverse career paths and industries.
  • Individualized Career Counseling: Provide personalized guidance for students to develop post-graduation plans, including college applications, apprenticeships, and workforce entry.
